Key responsibilities Panelizing giving designs in liaison with clients and architect. (Elementierung) 3D/2D modelling and drafting using CADwork. Production of shop drawings and fabrication information, including machine export to a Randek framing saw. Help set up and maintain internal CAD/CAM systems, databases and processes to accommodate future business growth. Lead and train other manufacturing detailers as required. Maintain internal Cadwork systems, databases and processes

Compétences souhaitées

Your experience and skills In-depth experience detailing prefabricated stick-framed timber buildings (preferably energy efficient or Passive House standard) using CADWORK or similar software (3D & 2D) Hands on experience in panelized prefabrication and prefab construction (Zimmererlehre) Experience optimizing CAD/CAM systems and design processes for productivity. Ability to speak, write, and understand English. Self-starter, working for a hard-working company!

Phoenix Haus is part of a small number of innovative prefabricators who are pushing boundaries and disrupting the status quo in the industry. Their aim is to revolutionize the traditional construction of houses by offering healthier and more environmentally conscious homes to their customers. Phoenix Haus’ headquarters are in Colorado, but they perform work across the United States. With workload increasing they are now looking to build their in-house design and drafting team to translate architectural designs into fabrication drawings and manufacturing information for the factory.
